The Red Hook Education Foundation (RHEF) is pleased to announce the RHEF Scholarship — a multi-year scholarship for two graduating seniors from Red Hook High School who have demonstrated a strong work ethic, have succeeded in their chosen course of study, and have demonstrated a strong record of service to their community.
Two scholarships will be awarded each year to support graduating seniors’ postsecondary plans: one to a student entering a four-year college program and another to a student pursuing a two-year vocational program.

Applicants should complete the RHEF Scholarship Application Form, which includes the following sections:
- Applicant Info
- Proof of acceptance to a postsecondary program
- Contact information for 2 references, to whom RHEF will reach out. These references should collectively be able to speak to your work ethic in school and your service to the community.
- Response to the following prompt via short essay, video, multimedia presentation, or other format of applicant’s choosing: Why is service to your community important to you, and how have you demonstrated it?
All completed applications (including reference surveys) must be submitted by 11:59PM on Monday, March 31, 2025.
Winners will be notified by April 25.
